Mnemos

Mnemos is a personal media library for your phone. You import images you choose and YouTube videos by URL. The app runs AI analysis to generate summaries, keywords, and search embeddings so you can find items later with keyword or semantic search.

Mnemos only accesses photos you explicitly select. We never scan your full photo library. Your original images stay on your device — we do not store your media files on our servers.

• Account info — name and email from Google sign-in (via Supabase Auth).
• Library metadata — media type, local file paths on your device, external URLs, and any notes you add.
• AI analysis results — summaries, keywords, and vector embeddings used for search.
• Usage data — monthly image and video analysis counts for plan limits.

Local images: Selected photos are copied into the app on your device. For AI analysis, a temporary copy may be uploaded to our server and then deleted immediately after analysis completes. The permanent copy lives only on your phone.

Image URLs: The URL is sent for analysis. We do not permanently store the image file on our servers.

YouTube videos: The video URL is sent for analysis (transcript, metadata, or AI review). We do not download or store the video file.

• Google Gemini — processes media content for AI analysis and generates embeddings.
• Supabase — authentication, database, and vector search storage.
• UploadThing — temporary image hosting during local image analysis; files are deleted after processing.
• Google OAuth — sign-in only; we receive your basic profile info.

All API requests require authentication. Data in Supabase is scoped to your account. Temporary uploads are removed as soon as analysis finishes. We do not sell your personal data.

To delete your Mnemos account and all associated data (library metadata, AI analysis results, embeddings, and usage records), email us with the details below. We will verify your request and process deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
